Requirements
As the ministry grows the need for trip Team Leaders is becoming vary apparent. At this time we do not have enough leaders for the missionaries who desire a team. I am praying that the Lord will provide Team Leaders in the year 2010 for 2011 trips.
I am praying that the Lord provides enough Team Leaders to be able to supply teams to every missionary that requests one. Commitment to trips would be on an "as you can" basis. I am hoping that each Team Leader could commit to one trip every other year.
If you have a desire to be a Team Leader for Mac-Trips, you will need to go on at least one trip in which you take a part in the leadership of the team.
For the most part Team Leaders will not be required to make all the travel arrangements, that will still be done for you.
If you have interest in becoming a Team Leader, please fill out the application, found on the forms page. You will also need to have a letter of recommendation from your pastor and one other person of your choosing. These letters will need to be sent in confidence by the person writing the letter.
There will also be Team Leader seminars to better prepare leaders with information and hands-on experience in leading a team. At this time the dates of the Seminars have not been set, but there will be one in California in the May of 2010.
